Shipping Policies

Ox & Dove products are hand packed to highest standards, and each package is insured. We deliver to your doorstep using FedEx Ground, 2ND Day, and Overnight to 48 States. Hawaii and U.S. Territories require additional charge. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Discounts do not apply to shipping. Orders typically ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday only. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

In the normal course of business, FedEx will deliver most packages without obtaining a signature - regardless of whether the shipment is Ground Service or any of the Premium Air Services. Since Ox & Dove gifts are of considerable value, we offer the FedEx option to obtain a signature, therefore delivering your selection to your recipients hands - guaranteed!

PREMIUM AIR SERVICES

• We offer Premium Shipping Air Services: Next Day Air, and Second Day Air.
• Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or Holidays.
• All orders placed after 12 pm C.S.T. will be processed the next business day.
• Please allow 24 hour processing time for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship only within USA for all orders placed on this site.

If you reside, or the shipping address is outside Texas, we will not charge you Sales Tax.
